Easy Chicken Pesto Sandwich Recipe
This easy chicken pesto sandwich recipe is inspired by one of my favorite lunch places in downtown Boston, Al's of State Street.

- 1/2 lbs grilled chicken
- 3 tbsp pesto sauce
- 1/5 ciabatta loaf or one roll
Slice 2.5 lbs chicken breast into small pieces, then grill on a grill pan on medium-high heat for 45 minutes.
Cut your sandwich bread or roll in half and spread 1.5 tbsp pesto on each piece.
Arrange 1/2 lb of the grilled chicken onto your bread, like pictured, and toast open-faced in your toaster oven for 7-8 minutes at 375F.
